Mega-Sil™ is a superior two-part vinyl polysiloxane system, specifically compounded for custom earmold impressions for both ITE instruments and CIC fittings. An excellent soft material, Mega-Sil cures in approximately 5 minutes and produces non-greasy impressions, which are extremely accurate and dimensionally stable. Fully cured Shore-A: 30±3.

• This product should only be used by a trained medical professional, audiologist, or hearing aid dispenser. Refer to “Microsonic Earmold
Manual” (edition 6th or above), and Microsonic instructional video “Perfect Earmold Impressions” for dispensing procedure.
• To avoid inhibition of impression material, DO NOT use hand lotion, perfume, or alcohol before mixing this product. Microsonic strongly
recommends use of nitrile gloves for handling the impression material.
